One Account Per Player

A single player may not register more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details. jia9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or payment fraud.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon termination of an account, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements being met. jia9 is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts closed due to fraudulent activity, Terms & Conditions violations, or money laundering investigations.
